Equipment necessary for the exercises
The equipment necessary to start the exercises are easily available at home. Any box filled with magazines or newspapers can be used, or anything else like a full laundry detergent box, for example. The boxes should be cover with non-slip material.
Only one box is needed to start the program; then you may progress to use several different in high boxes.
After a couple of weeks (or longer depending how long it takes you to go through all the boxes exercises) you may progress to use wobbles. A wood wobble board can be easily built at home, with a ball underneath for movement (a tennis ball for example.) Or you also have the option to buy inflatable discs that are readily available through stores that sell human pilates equipment.
